The benefits of yoga are endless, for me it is all I need to stay fit, toned, flexible and have a clear focussed mind. It is a portal to connect mind, body and spirit.
My passion is ashtanga yoga, a more dynamic type of yoga which uses a strong breathing technique called ujjayi. When I teach one to one and group classes I often do variations to focus on different poses and area’s of the body that look like they need attention, so you could call my teaching style Vinyasa Flow, as it is not always the primary series sequence so to speak.
I trained with the Ayurveda Yoga Retreat Coonoor in India and i’m registered with Yoga Alliance UK. I also trained with Universal Yoga and Rainbow Kids in teenage and kids/family yoga.
